Sadie has continued to accompany Wen on her weekly nursing home visits. Each time that they arrive at Wen’s friend’s room, Sadie finds a comfy spot on her bed and makes herself at home, while Wen’s friend enjoys watching her antics.
On one recent visit, there was a big teddy bear on the bed and Sadie found herself a nice soft snuggle buddy, to Wen’s friend’s delight.
With all of their regular visits, Sadie has become a well-known visitor at the nursing home and as Wen carries her through the halls, you can hear residents say “There’s the black dog!” It’s awesome that Sadie can bring cheer not only to Wen’s friend, but to lots of people, who smile as they recognize her on each visit.
