Who’s responsible for the holes in our backyard? Yep, you guessed it–we Scotties! Over the winter, we did some digging and we pulled up dead grass in random spots all over the yard. We can’t seem to help ourselves because we’re terriers and terriers are earth dogs, so it’s in our instinct to be diggers.
Unfortunately, we create extra yard work and frustration for Wen, who has to repair our damage to the grass. She has been busy putting down sod, dirt, and grass seed on the scenes of our crimes while we Scotties keep her company and watch her work. Sometimes, she wears a hat while she does yard work, so I thought that I’d wear one too for grass repair moral support. After all, it’s the least I could do!
