The cool toy with the plastic bottle inside that I got for my birthday is my favorite toy ever!  I love toys with plastic bottles inside, because when you chew on rhem, they crunch.

Normally, I am able to chew up a plush toy and destroy it quickly, even if there’s a crunchy bottle inside, but for some reason, this toy remains intact, even though I have chewed on it a lot of times and carried it around.  Even more odd is that I haven’t dome my usual process of ripping body parts off the toy one by one.

Wen was so pleased to see me enjoying a toy without shredding it that she went out and bought two more identical toys.  Lucky me!  Now I have my birthday toy plus two spares!

Okay, so I’ve been accused of allegedly digging more holes in the yard.  I believe I need to call my attorney!

They’re back….  The flowers in our backyard that pop up every year have started blooming and all of a sudden our yard is much more colorful.  The fragrant lilacs are blooming and what was a plethora of rosebuds last week is now a huge display of gorgeous roses.  The roses are fenced off from us Scotties so we can’t walk around those thorny bushes, but we can walk right up to the lilacs and enjoy their pretty scent.

It’s nice to have everything green and blooming once again.  The flowers are pretty, but new green grass is especially easy for us Scotties to dig up!

This is it, our first must win game of the playoffs, AVS fans!  We are crazy with anticipation and excitement and our Avalanche good luck charms are on display for tonight’s big game.  The AVS are playing in enemy territory, so let’s raise the roof in Denver with AVS fans all over the world and cheer on our favorite hockey team!  We’re pulling for you, AVS!!  GO AVS GO!!!

The AVS had an icy cold reception in Vegas for the past two games of the series, but now they’re back home in Denver for the next game, so LET’S HEAT IT UP, AVS!!!  The home crowd will be cheering you on and home ice is a big advantage, so let’s forget about Vegas and GO FOR A WIN!!!

Here we go, AVS fans!  It’s Round 2, Game 4 and we hockey fans need to get pumped up for the big game!  We love playoff hockey at our house and every game night is a tense exciting couple of hours with lots of cheering and emotion.

Yay, it’s hockey night again!  LET’S GO AVS!!!

 

It’s my birthday today and I’m eight years old!  Honestly, it seems like every other day, except that Wen sang Happy Birthday to me, her favorite boy and I hear that we are going to celebrate later with treats and presents.

So, Happy Birthday to me on my special day!!  Hey, wait a minute–aren’t I the only boy???

Here we go, AVS fans!!  Round 2, Game 2 is tonight and it’s going to be a wild one!  Let’s get pumped up to cheer on our favorite hockey team!  LET’S GO AVS!!!

Guess who had a birthday yesterday?!  Yep, it was Sadie’s big day and she’s now six years old.  It’s hard to believe that she’s six already, because it seems like she just joined our family not long ago and she still acts pretty much like a goofy puppy!  Happy birthday, Sadie!  You’re keeping us all young, birthday girl!
