Year End Snowstorm

The weather people predicted 3-5 inches of snow and our official total was 15.5 inches! Yes, we got a year end snowstorm overnight that was more than anyone expected.

When Wen opened the door to the deck, we Scotties went running out as per usual, but then we came to a screeching halt, because the snow was too high for us to navigate. She had to shovel us a path across the deck and then down the steps to the yard and we still didn’t want to venture down the steps for the longest time.

Eventually, after clearing the deck, Wen shoveled a short path in the yard, but it took awhile for us Scotties to try it out. The snowstorm produced snow that was deeper than we were used to and our short little legs couldn’t plow our normal circle around the yard. Hopefully, the sun will help us out and melt some of that 15.5 inches!

The Scottie Audience

Every time Wen plays the piano, we Scotties jump on the couch and settle in for a concert. I guess you could say that we’re a loyal Scottie audience, because we don’t move until she quits playing and as a bonus, we don’t howl along with the music!

Merry Christmas to You!!!

Merry Christmas from Molly, Sadie, and Riley!!! We hope you have a wonderful blessed holiday with family and friends. Merry Christmas from all of us (including Wen) to you!!!

P.S. Santa brought us Scotties lots of cool toys and treats!!!
