My sister, Sadie had been working on the same chew toy for the longest time, so Wen came home with a new chew toy the other day. She never knows if a toy will be a hit or it will be totally ignored by us Scotties, but it seems that this one was a really good choice.
As soon as Wen put the toy on the floor, Sadie grabbed it and jumped on the loveseat in our living room with it. She stuffed the toy in between the cushions so that it was sticking up and in a perfect position for chewing and she chomped on it for the longest time.
When Sadie finally abandoned the toy, Molly jumped up on the loveseat and began chewing on it, which is highly unusual, because Molly generally ignores all the toys. She evidently liked this one though and she chewed on it for the longest time just like Sadie did.
I’d say that the new chew toy was a big hit, because with all the chewing going on, it’s not exactly looking very new anymore!
