Yesterday, it was nice and warm and today, we have a blizzard outside. Once again, we have a perfect example of crazy Colorado weather and while we Scotties were digging holes outside 24 hours ago, now we are plowing paths around the backyard.
It’s easy to spot Sadie with her coal black haircoat as she runs back and forth through the snow, but you can hardly see us wheaten-colored Scotties, as we pretty much blend in with our snowy surroundings. Wen likes to keep track of us as we cruise around the yard and now she gets to play “Find the Scottie” when we’re playing in the snow. Her eagle eyes seem to be up to the challenge though, since they have had lots of practice over the years and they have basically turned into professional Scottie spotters!
