You never know how much soaks in while we Scotties stare at the TV. Are we actually watching what’s on or do we just see motion? Do we comprehend what’s happening on TV and do we recognize sights and sounds?
Experts say that dogs do watch TV, but differently than humans. We like fast motion and sounds and we can pick out some colors and recognize that what’s on TV isn’t happening in real time. We can even have favorite TV shows.
Let’s just say for fun that when we “watch” TV, we totally understand what we’re watching. In that case, those Food Network shows are really inspirational TV! Show me to the kitchen!
